Application
Custom built distribution and control panels are intended for use in areas made potentially hazardous by the presence of flammable liquids, gases or vapours (Zone 1 or Zone 2).
A complete distribution and / or power control centre manufactured to customer specification. For use indoor and outdoors.

Material
EJB & GUB    Standard: Aluminium alloy LM25 (BS 1490)
Optional : cast Iron.
Cover Bolts    Standard: Steel zinc plated.
Optional: Stainless steel.

Finish
Standard:    Two coat of Gray oven baked.
Optional:    Two pack of epoxy paint, or electrostatic powder coated.

Protection Grade
EJB ENCLOSURE IP54 - Application of a non-hardening grease will give added resistance to the ingress of dust and moisture.
IP66 with the application of Hylomar PL 32/M gasketing compound.

Earthing
EJB & GUB ENCLOSURES Supplied with an internal and external 6mm2 stainless steel earth stud as standard.
Larger internal earths can be fitted on request.

Entries & Thread Standards
Depending on the size of the enclosure each side will accommodate a varying number of tapped enteries.
Standarad thread forms available are ISO Metric M20 - M80 or 1/2"- 3" NPT GAS can be supplied on request.
