Application
NML Series of Flameproof lighting fittings are intended for use in areas made potentially hazardous by the presence of flammable liquids, gases or vapours (Zone 1 or Zone 2).
For installation at petroleum refineries, chemical & petrochemical plants, marine locations and other process industries where a similar hazard exists.

• Used with incandescent or glow lamps.
• GUBT boxes complete with ballast are recommended when glow lamps are used.
• Tempered glass bulb resistant to sudden heat changes and impact is sealed on to a threaded metal base.
• Stainless steel wire guard.
• Mounting accessories available as optional extra.

Thread forms available are ISO metric 965.1 with 1.5 mm pitch, NPT ANSI B1.20.1, ISO 228.1 (G), or DIN 40430 (PG).
